hi, i'm francesca.

i went to college to study business (because i had no idea what i actually wanted to do), and behind the scenes, i was in the worst mental state i had ever faced. it was dark. i was constantly spiraling. i was lost, dissociated, and navigating some of the most traumatic years of my life. still, there was always a part of me searching for answers, holding onto the hope that there had to be more than this. there had to be another side to healing.

that search led me to train in yoga, which led me to reiki, then holistic health and life coaching, and then the triple vagal method. as i began focusing on healing my nervous system and nourishing the foundations of my well-being (nutrition, movement, sleep, and hydration) things slowly started to shift. i started to feel like myself again.

so much so, that i finally decided to follow a lifelong dream of mine: nomadic travel. i booked a one-way ticket to central america and spent four months immersed in new cultures and experiences while diving into new depths of my own healing.

now, i'm grounded in boston - working, interning, and focused on getting my master's degree in social work, because i figured out what i want to do with my life, and i want to help people recover from trauma and feel okay again.

i am a worshipper of the sun, lover of tea, pachamama, ecstatic dance, and addicted to self-help books. stay tuned for the journey — i’m so glad you’re here.
